The Seller does not independently add advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, account registration, or contact forms to this website. Hosting and checkout providers may process limited technical or order data and may use necessary cookies or similar technologies under their own policies, as described below.

1. Who controls product-support data

Liuyong (刘勇), an individual seller, is responsible for personal information intentionally submitted for product support. Paddle separately controls information collected for checkout, payment, tax, fraud prevention, order support, and refunds under Paddle's Privacy Policy.

2. Information this website collects

The Seller does not independently configure advertising cookies or behavioral analytics and does not include a contact form. The free checklist can be viewed or downloaded without submitting an email address or creating an account. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security events to operate and protect the site. Paddle's checkout component and related services may process device, fraud-prevention, checkout, and performance information and may use necessary cookies or similar technologies under Paddle's policies.

3. Purchases

Paddle collects and processes purchase and payment information as Merchant of Record. The Seller may receive limited order information needed to deliver the product, verify entitlement, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain transaction records. The Seller does not receive full payment-card details.

4. Support

If a buyer contacts support, the Seller may process the buyer's email address, order reference, product version, messages, and synthetic reproduction material. Buyers must not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, identity documents, payment-card details, or real lead/customer data.

5. Product data boundary

The downloadable workflows run in the buyer's own n8n environment. The Seller does not host the workflows and does not automatically receive the buyer's leads, CRM data, credentials, execution data, or customer lists. The package contains synthetic fixtures only. Workflow 03 can return an audit event, but the buyer decides whether, where, and how long to store it.

6. Purposes and legal basis

Information is used to deliver purchases, provide requested support, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal and tax obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on location, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by Paddle, the website host, email provider, security providers, and professional advisers only as needed for their functions or legal compliance. These providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards and terms. Personal information is not sold and is not shared for third-party advertising by this website.

8. Retention and security

Support and order records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, security, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. GDPR, CCPA and CPRA responsibility boundary

The product includes technical consent checks and privacy implementation guidance, but it is not a compliance service or legal opinion. The buyer remains responsible for identifying whether it acts as a controller, business, processor, service provider, or contractor; choosing a lawful basis; providing required notices; honoring access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and opt-out rights; executing required processor or service-provider terms; assessing international transfers; and configuring retention, security, and access controls.

No workflow flag proves that consent is legally valid. No included log should be treated as a complete statutory record. Buyers should minimize logged personal information, prefer stable internal identifiers where practical, restrict log access, and test deletion and suppression procedures before production.

10. Rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or an opt-out from sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. This website does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Requests about Paddle's checkout data should be sent to Paddle. Requests about Seller-held support data should use the contact method on the Support page. Identity verification may be required without requesting excessive information.

11. Feedback and release records

Feedback is submitted through the buyer's email application rather than a website form. The Seller may retain the sender's email address, product version, n8n version, synthetic reproduction steps, and issue history to provide support and plan verified updates. Do not include real lead data, customer lists, credentials, identity documents, or payment information.

12. Updates

Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. This policy will be reviewed whenever the hosting, support, checkout, feedback, logging, or product data practices change.
