Digital Product Refund Policy
No change-of-mind refunds
A refund is not provided because a buyer:
- changes their mind after purchase;
- does not review the product description or system requirements;
- does not have a suitable n8n environment;
- expects hosting, a CRM, credentials, account setup, customization, or production deployment;
- cannot use a third-party service outside this package;
- requests features or support expressly excluded on the product page; or
- no longer needs the files after receiving access.
Mandatory exceptions
This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded and does not override Paddle's responsibilities and rules as Merchant of Record. Paddle may review or require a remedy for:
- a verified duplicate charge;
- failure to provide download access;
- a corrupted package that cannot be replaced; or
- a material mismatch between the delivered files and product description that cannot be corrected.
Where an issue can be corrected, the first remedy may be replacement files or technical guidance within the documented support scope, subject to applicable law and Paddle's rules.
How to request help
Billing and refund requests must be submitted through the Paddle receipt or Paddle Order Support, which controls the payment, refund, chargeback, and mandatory consumer-rights process. For a technical delivery issue, provide the order reference, package version, and a description of the problem.
Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys, identity documents, payment-card details, or real lead data.
